Wonderful Agent


As an older first home buyer who's been looking at properties for quite a while I've been communicating with numerous agents. Karen really stands out as an ethical and professional agent. She offered to show me this property which I hadn't even considered, but clearly she had listened to me when showing me a number of other properties over a few years, and knew what I was looking for. She always responded to my questions and chased up information for me in a timely manner. She was never pushy nor manipulative yet it was clear she was doing the right thing for the vendor. The vendor was not willing to use a conveyancer and does not use email, this complicated matters but Karen helped both the vendor and myself to successfully settle the sale. I would highly recommend her as an agent - Matthew
